Chernarussian PM releases statement on tragic raid
 
CHERNOGORSK, Chernarus (AP) --

The Chernarussian Prime Minister, Dmitri Kozlov, has released a 
statement regarding the tragic CDF raid early Wednesday morning that 
resulted in the deaths of 6 innocent Chernarussians, including 2 children.

Statement [Translated into English]:
 
"I am deeply saddened by the deaths of these 6 Chernarussian citizens. I 
have already contacted the families of those killed and have personally 
offered my condolences. Rest assured, a full investigation into this 
tragic event has already begun.
 
Unfortunately, this tragedy occurred during a raid conducted to protect 
the people of South Zagoria. The raid was launched to capture of several 
communist demagogues. Alas, those separatists escaped through a nearby 
square and in the ensuing fire fight, innocent civilians were caught in 
the crossfire.
 
I urge all Chernarussians to maintain a vigil for any members of the 
Chernarussian Movement of the Red Star and to report any sightings to 
their local police station immediately."
